novaluxis provides online education growth analytics platforms and related services to educational institutions and EdTech companies. Our services include but are not limited to analytics dashboards, data visualisation tools, performance monitoring, growth strategy consulting, and integration services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Obligations

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your service agreement. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in your service agreement or as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, novaluxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to novaluxis in the twelve months preceding the claim. Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement. novaluxis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to our business, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue your use of our services.
